A Croquembouche is a traditional french dessert is made of pate-choux dough (cream puffs) and adorned with threads of caramel. We’ve added some of our season market fresh florals and cake gems to give it an extra ounce of feminism and beauty.

Sized for a party; each croquembouche feeds 25-30 guests.

This dessert is made to order with fresh and locally sourced ingredients in our Jackson Hole kitchen. Delivery or pick-up in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and beyond.
